Sea Stars

Two year olds are terrific learners, beginning to understand group play and becoming better at their thoughts. Our Sea Stars program offers dramatic play, art, unit blocks, stories, songs, socialization, and large-muscle outdoor play. This is a carefully paced group to support emerging social skills and serve as a “bridge” between home and the larger world of preschool.

We also emphasize language development to help children turn their ideas into words and sentences. There is a balance of nurturing, playtime, and learning throughout the day. Our learning areas focus on dramatic play, creative arts, language development, and sensory exploration, self-esteem, and a love of learning. Monthly thematic units provide a rich array of daily activities and a variety of experiences teachers so that you are informed about your child’s day.
